You can contact us on 04 42 26 30 72 or by email at contact@lagrandeboutique.net from Tuesday to Saturday from 10 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm so we can send you a photo of the jewel. The shape of the stone in this model can be very different.
Shipping and return
All orders placed before 12pm, from monday to friday, are shipped the following day.
All orders placed before 2pm on saturday, are shipped on monday.
All orders placed after 2pm on saturday, are shipped on tuesday (during the Private Sales or Sales season, there might be some delays)
Return costs remain the responsibility of the customer except in the event of a non-compliant or defective product. Customs fees for returns from abroad are also the responsibility of the customer.
